Each year, and by invitation only, we will release up to 100 casks for sale to private cask owners.
Please be aware of the fact that the selection process is detailed and we will need to know a lot of information about anyone applying to our cask owners program. We won’t just sell to anyone and we reserve the right to decide if we think someone is suitable to be a cask owner.
What We Are Offering
- A choice of new make spirit from a selection of 5 different mash bills and yeast combinations.
- An initial 2 year maturation in a first-fill American oak, ex-bourbon cask.
- At 2 years, an option to either complete the maturation in the same cask for a minimum of three years, or to apply a cask finish with a choice from sherry wood, Port wood or a cask that has been peated through maturing a peated spirit.
- At 3 years (or, up to 5 years) the decanting of that cask, and hand bottling at an agreed ABV with the cask owner, for up to 250 bottles. 9RD glass, closures, and labels would be included.
- Pallet base delivery anywhere in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei and Tibet – and shipping anywhere else in the world is possible at the expense of the cask owner).
- All taxes and duties included for China delivery (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei and Tibet – and anywhere else in the world is at the expense of the cask owner).
