The Location

The Plenum Wall is located on the grand staircase of the malting, milling, mashing, and fermentation house. This is one of the two routes to the observation platform, and it’s hard to miss. As you ascend the staircase, you’ll see the wall on your left-hand side. This is where you’ll find your own personalised brick, cemented in place for all to see.
